Homemade Traditional Kimchi Quiche French chef
It’s not a pie and definitely not a pizza, although it sometimes look like one. Quiche is a French tart consisting of a pastry crust filled with savoury custard and pieces of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. Often over-looked and underrated, quiche is a cornerstone brunch recipe. But don’t limit this dish to brunch! Quiche is fantastic for lunch, dinner, Easter supper, baby showers, bridal showers, potlucks, tea parties, and so much more.
We know our way around a quiche, believe that.
Oui mon ami, we know our quiches. Our chef has served up an enormous amount of quiches over a very long and illustrious career at some of the country’s most reputable establishments. Your order of quiche is in very good hands.
We take what goes into your quiches seriously. From the eggs we use to the spinaches or the chicken used. We believe this adds better value to the product we bring you instead of giving you a lower price point and sacrificing quality ingredients.
