Oppa Kimchi's homemade radish kimchi is specially handmade by our Korean OPPA with 50 yrs traditional recipe from his mom. If you have been to Korea, you must have tried their Ginseng Chicken Soup. They serve radish kimchi instead of cabbage kimchi with soup because of the texture of radish. It is crunchy, sour sweet and spicy really goes well with the soup.
Kimchi is a fermented food. It is full of probiotics and good for our gut health. It can be eaten just like that or you can also use it to cook several famous Korean dishes like Kimchi Fried Rice, Kimchi Stew etc.

Shelf Life: 3 months or more.
Tips: Kimchi is a fermented food, the longer it ferments, more sour it will be. If it is very sour, best to cook fried rice and make stew!
